PROCEDURES OF RADIO LICENSE CANCELLATION

An official letter requesting the cancellation of radio equipment license shall be submitted along with payment of cancellation fee of RO 25 per each equipment.
The licensee shall dispose of the radio equipmentwithin six months fromthe date of cancellationby either of the following ways:

By selling or relinquishing the equipment to anotherlicensee or dealer registered with TRA after obtaining TRA approval.
By exportingthem abroad and showing the supporting documents of the customs authotities.
By surrendering them to TRA where they willbecome a property ofTRA, and cannot be claimed thereafter.
