If the laboratory does not undertake any of the activities covered by (ISO / IEC 17025:2005), such as sampling and designing/developing a new method, this clause requirement may not be applied. The (ISO / IEC 17025:2005) standard shall not cover regulatory compliance and safety requirements in operating the laboratory.
