Public consultation on: (Regulatory Sandbox for Telecom Services)
Introduction
The Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) announces the floating of a public consultation on “Regulatory Sandbox”. The document is available to download in the link below. A sandbox is defined as “safe house” where pilots of specified types of innovative products and services can take place. Sandboxes allow businesses to test innovative products, services, business models and delivery mechanisms in a live environment, without having to immediately comply with all regulatory requirements.
The TRA invites all relevant parties to submit written comments with regard to the issues addressed in this consultation document. This consultation is open for all stakeholders to submit their comments.
