Review and Update of Licensing Framework
The Sultanate of Oman Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) invites suitable experienced and qualified companies to submit their offers for the following:
Tender No. 10/2021
“Review and Update of Licensing Framework”
The Tender documents may be obtained from TRA premises located at the address given below with the following considerations:
- The interested party shall transfer the Tender fee (R.O.50/-).
- The bidders shall pay the Tender fees via Bank Draft, Telegraph Transfer or through SWIFT wire in favor of TRA
account details as given below:

- Once the payments are completed, notifications of payment shall be provided or sent by email to complete the registration of the prospective bidders to the following address: Tender@tra.gov.om Once the payment has been confirmed the tender document will be shared by email.
- The last date to pay the Tender fee and obtain the tender document shall be on or before 12:00 P.M on 13th October 2021.
- Technical and Financial proposals shall be submitted separately and proposals shall be sealed with red wax and submitted physically at TRA premises or by post to reach on or before the submission deadline on 3rd November 2021 12:00 P.M (Oman Timing) directed to the following address:
